Shipping policy

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Please drop us an email at support@thebakersway.com or WhatsApp or call us at 8619329209. Call support is available from 11.00 am to 5.30 pm on working days (Monday to Saturday only).


Handling, Packing, and Dispatch:

  • Handling, packing, and dispatch take 2 working days.
  • No shipments are processed on public holidays and Sundays.
  • Same day dispatch is subject to courier availability and their booking cutoff times. Some couriers may pick up the shipment only on the next working day after booking

Delivery Timeline:

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Express Shipping - Major cities usually receive delivery within 2 to 5 days after dispatch, depending on location (unless there are unforeseen delays such as natural calamities, network issues, festivals, etc.).
  • Once dispatched, please allow 4 to 10 business days for delivery based on the location.
  • Orders placed during the festive period may take extra time to reach you (Diwali, Navratri, Christmas, New Year, Onam, etc)

Return Policy:

  • Goods once sold will not be taken back
