Non-Refundable Items: Customized products and products which are on sale are non-refundable. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer support team for clarification before making a purchase.
- We offer replacements only in the case in which you received a wrong shipment
- Please note that in case of missing pieces/damaged items, we request you to send us the unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving the shipment to our WhatsApp number: 8619329209.
- It is a must and without the unboxing video we cannot process your refund or replacement request.
- Also, please note that the toppers will stick together due to packing pressure. So while counting please check whether 2 pieces are stuck together.
- No refund or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 2 days from the time of delivery of the product.
